Who operates BLACKSLIP
BLACKSLIP is a VenturEmpire product operated by Levonier LLC in Alabama, United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Levonier LLC. These terms cover the BLACKSLIP website and membership.
The free Wealth Marketplace is a separate VenturEmpire offering under the same company. Access to the directory does not require a BLACKSLIP subscription. Third-party tools have their own prices and terms.
Joining BLACKSLIP
Join through our BLACKSLIP checkout. You enroll only when you complete checkout and expressly authorize the purchase and recurring billing. Browsing the website or clicking a membership button does not itself enroll you or authorize a charge.
What the membership includes
The membership provides BLACKSLIP’s official sports picks through a private Telegram channel before the relevant events. Our current focus is UFC + NFL, with more sports to come. Each new sport gets close research and attention to strategy; additional coverage will be announced when ready.
No particular additional sport, release date, minimum number of picks, daily pick or winning outcome is promised. “Official” means issued by BLACKSLIP, not endorsed by or affiliated with UFC, NFL, any team, athlete, league, or sportsbook.
Price, renewals, cancellation and refunds
US $99 today, then US $99 every month until cancelled. Your first payment is charged at checkout, followed by monthly payments until you cancel. Any applicable taxes and the total due are shown before you complete the purchase. You must expressly agree to recurring billing before a payment is taken.
You can stop future renewals using the customer-account link in your receipt. If you cannot access that account, email support@blackslipmembers.com for help. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation does not remove membership time you have already paid for; access continues until that paid period ends. Leaving Telegram, uninstalling the app or muting the channel does not itself cancel billing.
Payments are generally nonrefundable, and we do not ordinarily prorate unused membership time. We refund duplicate charges and payments for membership access we cannot deliver. Contact support@blackslipmembers.com with your purchase email and order reference for an access or billing issue; do not send full card details or passwords. We may need to verify the purchase before discussing the account. This policy does not restrict a refund, cancellation, dispute or other remedy required by applicable law. Losing bets or changing odds do not themselves mean the membership was undelivered.
New prices or material membership changes will not be applied retroactively to an earlier purchase. Any future change must respect the purchase agreement, required notice, and applicable consent requirements.

BLACKSLIP is intended for adults 21 and over, where lawful. That is our intended service-age restriction, not a statement that betting is legal wherever an adult can view this website.
BLACKSLIP is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, or wagering account. We do not accept or place bets, take deposits for betting, hold betting funds, or manage customers’ sportsbook accounts. A membership payment purchases analysis and access—not a wager, stake, or share of winnings.
Any betting you choose to do is separate from this service and subject to the laws and eligibility rules where you are physically located. This website does not authorize unlawful betting, establish legal eligibility, or offer a way around location or age restrictions.
Picks, prices and outcomes
Picks are opinions about uncertain sporting events. No win, profit, return, or betting advantage is guaranteed. A bet can lose its entire stake, and past results do not establish future outcomes. Membership fees are an additional cost and are not betting capital.
Odds, lines, availability, and event information can change after a pick is published. The same price may not be available when you act; a different price changes the bet. Events can be delayed, cancelled, or settled differently by different operators. A posted selection is not proof that a wager was accepted at that price.
BLACKSLIP does not currently have a published, independently verified performance record. Brand language such as “the best picks on the planet” expresses our positioning; it is not an independently verified ranking or promise of results.
Pick history and public results
Once official picks begin, our commitment is to retain each official pick as issued, with its publication time and result, including losses. Corrections will be identified rather than used to erase an original losing selection. We plan to publish our historical picks and results around three months after the membership launches. This is separate from members receiving picks privately before events. A public historical record is not yet available.
Telegram and service availability
Private Telegram is the membership delivery channel. Members need a compatible device, internet access, and an eligible Telegram account. Telegram is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. It does not sponsor or endorse BLACKSLIP.
After payment confirmation, follow the access button, open the BLACKSLIP Access bot in Telegram and press Start. The bot links one Telegram account to the verified purchase and provides the private-channel joining step. Payment processing, connectivity or a platform interruption can delay confirmation. If access does not appear, contact support@blackslipmembers.com rather than purchasing again. A refunded or expired membership does not retain paid channel access. We do not automatically override a channel administrator’s moderation ban.
Publishing a pick and your device displaying a notification are different events. Connectivity, notification settings, and platform interruptions can delay receipt. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or identical odds for every reader. If we cannot deliver the membership access purchased, the refund policy above applies.
Website content and fair use
You may browse the website and use its information for your personal, lawful purposes. Do not impersonate BLACKSLIP, misrepresent its results, interfere with site security, or republish or sell its protected content without permission. This does not restrict rights allowed by law, including fair use, honest reviews, or reporting concerns to authorities.
Unless identified otherwise, website content and branding belong to us or are used with permission. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property. Campaign images are illustrative and do not represent member amenities or evidence of betting performance.
Links to outside services are provided for reference. A marketplace listing is not a guarantee of that provider’s claims, safety, performance, or suitability.
Your decisions and your rights
You decide whether to act on any information. Only consider amounts you can afford to lose; do not treat picks as income, financial planning, or a way to recover prior losses. Help is available through the National Council on Problem Gambling.
Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, takes away mandatory consumer protections, requires arbitration, or waives your right to bring a lawful complaint. Our Alabama location does not remove protections that may apply where you live.
Earlier purchases and changes
This update does not cancel, replace, or reduce commitments applicable to an earlier purchase. Previously published terms remain in the terms archive. Use the terms and records associated with your original purchase, including applicable commitments and remedies.
We will update the date on this page when its terms change. Membership terms are presented before purchase; a website update does not silently enroll earlier customers into BLACKSLIP.
