Who we are and what this covers
Levonier LLC, operating in Alabama, United States, operates VenturEmpire, including BLACKSLIP and the free Wealth Marketplace. This notice covers those website experiences and BLACKSLIP membership administration.
BLACKSLIP uses ThriveCart and Stripe for checkout and billing, and Telegram for private-channel delivery. The membership integration uses limited order and Telegram references to verify and maintain access, as explained below. It does not accept wagers or manage betting accounts. Records from earlier VenturEmpire services have not been represented as erased.
Information involved in a visit
When your browser requests a page or asset, our hosting provider, Netlify, receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and a referring page where your browser supplies it. Hosting services can process request and security logs.
Marketplace searches are filtered in your browser. Search text can also appear in the page URL. If that URL is requested again—for example, after reloading or changing a category—the search text may be included in the request sent to our host. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information into a search.
These requests support page delivery, navigation, and hosting security. BLACKSLIP does not need your betting-account password, betting-account balance or Telegram password. Payment details are entered through the checkout providers; our website does not receive full card numbers or card security codes.
Saved tools stay on this browser
If you save a marketplace tool, the website stores that tool’s ID in your browser’s local storage. This saved list supports the Saved tools view. It is not an account, does not sync across devices, and the website does not send the saved list itself to us or to tool providers.
The list is written when you save or remove a tool and read when the marketplace needs it. It stays until you remove items, clear this website’s browser data, or your browser removes it. You can browse without saving anything. If browser storage is blocked or unavailable, a notice appears and browsing remains available.
Hosting, fonts and other services
Netlify provides hosting and processes the technical requests described above. BLACKSLIP serves its fonts from this website. The existing Wealth Marketplace loads Google Fonts, which means your browser makes font-related requests to Google, including the network and browser information involved in those requests.
These providers can process information outside Alabama and, depending on their systems, outside your country. We do not claim that all website data stays in Alabama. See Netlify’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy for their own practices; those notices do not replace our responsibilities for this website.
Cookies and browser tracking
The website’s own scripts do not set advertising cookies or load advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or cross-site advertising trackers. The marketplace’s saved-tool feature uses local storage as described above.
The access page uses a short-lived, secure, HTTP-only cookie to maintain the receipt-to-Telegram access step. It does not establish email ownership or permission to place a bet. Short-lived access tokens are stored on our server as hashes. Clearing or blocking this cookie may require reopening the original checkout receipt to continue.
This is not a promise that your visit is invisible: page requests still reach the host, Google receives marketplace font requests, and outside websites have their own practices. Browser controls can block or clear storage and limit information your browser sends. Clearing storage also removes saved tools.
Retention and security
Local saved-tool data remains on your browser as explained above. The retention period for hosting and security logs depends on the provider and account configuration; a specific period has not been confirmed for publication. We do not promise immediate deletion of provider logs when browser data is cleared.
Records needed for membership administration, reconciliation, disputes and applicable legal obligations may be retained after cancellation. No specific automatic deletion period has yet been implemented. Support correspondence may also contain the information you choose to send. Privacy or access requests go to support@blackslipmembers.com, with reasonable identity verification where needed. Mandatory rights remain available.
The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information may need to be preserved or disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal process; this notice does not authorize unrelated new uses of your information.
Links and separate services
Opening an external marketplace listing or other outside link takes you to another provider. That provider controls its own service, prices, accounts, and data collection. Review its terms and privacy information before sharing personal or payment details.
Telegram delivers the private BLACKSLIP channel. Visiting this website does not itself enroll you in Telegram or grant channel access. Telegram’s own account and platform processing is described in its privacy policy.
Age and children’s information
BLACKSLIP is intended for adults 21 and over. The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not offer child accounts. Do not send us a child’s personal information or sensitive documents.
Your choices and contact status
You can browse without creating an account, avoid using saved tools, remove saved items, clear website storage, or choose not to open third-party links. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights relating to personal information. This notice does not limit those rights.
For BLACKSLIP privacy and support requests, contact support@blackslipmembers.com. Please describe your request without sending payment-card details, passwords, or private access keys. For an earlier interaction or purchase, keep the contact information and records provided at that time.
Payments and Telegram membership
ThriveCart and Stripe process checkout, recurring billing and payment-related information. BLACKSLIP’s website does not receive full card numbers or card security codes. The integration receives authenticated order notifications, selects the BLACKSLIP product and relevant payment mode, and retains limited order and billing references needed to verify access. It discards customer/contact fields from its event records. This does not mean ThriveCart, Stripe or support correspondence holds no customer information.
The access page checks the signed purchase receipt on our server. That receipt may arrive in the page address from checkout; the page removes it from the visible address before loading its own assets. Hosting infrastructure may still receive the original request URL. Do not forward receipt links, access links or bot commands to other people.
When you use the Telegram bot, the integration links your numeric Telegram account ID to the verified order. It uses billing status, paid service periods, membership state and limited action/retry records to admit eligible members, preserve paid access after cancellation, remove expired access and recover interrupted processing. The integration runs on Netlify and Telegram handles channel delivery under its own terms and privacy practices. It does not need your Telegram password, betting-account password or betting-account balance.
These providers process information to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Any material new data use must receive the notice and consent required by law. Browsing this website is not consent to unrelated tracking or marketing.
Updates and earlier commitments
The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will be explained when practices change, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. A later notice does not silently remove commitments already made about previously collected information.
The earlier privacy notice, including its historical contact information, remains available. This update does not represent that historical records were deleted or that earlier rights have ended.
