1. Operational Entity & Acceptance
Venturempire is an operational division and digital marketplace platform operated by Lévonier LLC, an entity registered in the State of Alabama, United States. By accessing the Venturempire marketplace, acquiring digital licenses, or publishing systems as a creator, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Digital Licenses
Purchases on Venturempire convey a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable digital license to deploy the acquired tools, scripts, spreadsheets, and frameworks for internal business operations. Reselling, sublicensing, public distribution, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of source assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Instant Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
Digital tools are delivered immediately upon successful transaction clearance. Due to the irrevocable nature of source code and proprietary frameworks, sales are final. If a deliverable is demonstrably corrupted or materially non-functional, our engineering desk resolves or replaces it within 48 hours.
4. Creator Submissions & Intellectual Property
Creators publishing on Venturempire warrant that all submitted systems are proprietary and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property. Creators retain underlying copyright while granting Venturempire an exclusive worldwide digital distribution license on the platform.
5. No Financial or Legal Advice
Tools, calculators, algorithms, and models provided through Venturempire are operational frameworks intended for professional operators. Nothing on Venturempire constitutes formal legal, tax, investment, or financial advisory services.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes arising shall be handled through confidential binding arbitration in Alabama under AAA commercial rules.
